Reception Problems?If you are experiencing reception problems receiving digital TV or satellite, then contact us and we will arrange to send one of engineers to your home.

All engineers carry a digital signal meter, so we can test the off air signal level to determine if DTT/Freeview is available, and advise accordingly.
The 4G mobile internet service which started in 2013, may also have the side effect of interfering with people’s Freeview service. (Satellite TV services are not affected, only new 4G services that operate at 800 MHz may cause this problem).

This means you can watch the selected Sky channel or a recorded program at any TV point, and with the addition of remote eyes, change Sky channels from any TV.
